Metal fixtures

A fixture is a device that helps to fix the object (workpiece) being processed and guide the processing during processing. It is also called an auxiliary tool. For example, if a workpiece with a curved back is placed on a flat workbench and fixed with screws, it is difficult to fix the workpiece firmly. If you don't concentrate on the work, the screw may tilt. In this case, if you use a bracket that fits the curved surface of the workpiece, the workpiece will become stable and easier to work. This is the basis of the concept of fixtures.

1.Jigs that stabilize workpieces when workers or equipment are processing or measuring.

2.Jigs that position parts against each other when gluing, etc.

3.Jigs that guide the insertion of other parts or tools like a funnel.

4.Jigs that mask other parts to prevent stains when painting or applying sealant.
