SG Type SiC Heating element
licon carbide rod heating element is a non-metallic rod or tube shaped high temperature electric heating element. It uses selected ultra-high purity green hexagonal silicon carbide as the main material, and is made into billets and silicon crystals at 2400ºC. In an oxidizing atmosphere, the service temperature can reach 1450°C, and the continuous service life can reach 2000 hours.
SG type silicon carbide components, single thread silicon carbide components are electronic components specially machined on the basis of equal diameter rods through accurate calculation and design, and the temperature can reach 1500. It is mainly used for heating furnaces with special needs, and can also replace gun-type silicon carbide rods in the glass industry.
